About me
I have always been fascinated by people — how we think, why we make the choices we make, and what allows us to change when the life we have no longer feels like the life we want.
My professional journey has taken me through psychology, business, leadership, coaching and more than 25 years of working closely with people. Along the way, I have learned that meaningful change rarely begins with having all the answers. More often, it begins with finding the right question.
My approach to life coaching is practical, thoughtful and grounded in real life. I combine psychology-informed thinking with coaching, extensive business experience and practical problem-solving to help you step outside the noise, see your situation more clearly and decide what comes next.
I won't tell you how to live your life or offer ready-made answers. Instead, I create a space where you can think openly, challenge assumptions and turn insight into realistic action.
Because sometimes you don't need to change everything.
You just need enough clarity to take the next step.
Let's talk about it.
