Digital Product Terms

Digital Product Terms

Last updated: 4 September 2026

These terms apply to downloadable products sold by Let's Talk About It, including One Page resources, worksheets, guides, workbooks, bundles and other digital materials.

1. Personal-use licence

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal use. Copyright and ownership do not transfer to you.

2. What you may do

  • Download the purchased product for your personal use.
  • Keep reasonable personal backup copies.
  • Print reasonable copies for your own personal use.

3. What you may not do

  • Resell, redistribute, share or give the digital file to another person.
  • Upload the product to another website, platform, shared drive or file-sharing service.
  • Reproduce it for clients, groups, workshops, courses or organisational use unless a suitable licence has been purchased.
  • Modify, rebrand or resell it.
  • Remove copyright notices or branding.
  • Claim the content or design as your own.
  • Use the material commercially without written permission.

4. Digital delivery

Digital products are normally supplied electronically after successful payment. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and using a device/software capable of opening the stated file format, normally PDF.

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing a purchase, contact info@kollners.com.

5. Cancellation rights and immediate downloads

Where UK consumer law gives you a cancellation period for an online purchase, special rules apply when digital content is supplied immediately. Before an immediate download begins, checkout should ask you to expressly request/consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this has on your cancellation right. The order confirmation should record the relevant information.

If the legally required steps are not followed, your cancellation rights may be different. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Faulty or misdescribed digital content

If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, contact us at info@kollners.com so the issue can be addressed in accordance with your statutory rights.

7. Self-coaching disclaimer

Digital resources are provided for educational, reflective and personal-development purposes. They are not psychological assessments, diagnostic tools, counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice or treatment. No specific personal, professional, financial or other result is guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property

All original text, exercises, designs and materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. © 2026 Let's Talk About It / Aurora H. Kollner. All rights reserved.
