Let's Talk About It provides life coaching and personal-development services.

What life coaching is

Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process that can support reflection, clarity, decision-making, goal setting, accountability and personal development.

What life coaching is not

Life coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis or another form of healthcare. Our services and materials are not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat mental-health or medical conditions.

Your responsibility

Although coaching may involve discussing emotions, work, relationships, confidence, motivation or significant life changes, you remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions and wellbeing. No particular result can be guaranteed.

When other support may be more appropriate

If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, symptoms of a mental-health condition, or concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Emergencies

Let's Talk About It is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or another person is in immediate danger or requires urgent assistance, contact the appropriate emergency services or urgent healthcare service rather than using this website or waiting for a coaching response.

Agreement

By choosing to participate in life coaching, you acknowledge the distinction between coaching and clinical or therapeutic services and understand that coaching does not replace appropriate professional healthcare.
