These Terms govern use of the Let's Talk About It website and, where applicable, the purchase and use of our life-coaching services and resources. Separate terms may also apply to a particular coaching package, booking or digital product.
1. About us
Let's Talk About It is a trading name of Aurora H. Kollner — Life Coach. Business structure: independent/sole-trader coaching practice Contact: info@kollners.com.
2. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Content is provided for general information, education and personal development and should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
3. Coaching services
Life coaching is collaborative and requires active participation. We do not guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial or other result. You remain responsible for your choices, decisions, actions and results.
Specific coaching arrangements, fees, confidentiality boundaries, session length, cancellations and rescheduling may be set out in your booking information or coaching agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices will be shown before purchase. Payment is due using the methods made available at checkout unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing. Any taxes or charges that apply will be handled as stated at checkout.
5. Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
The cancellation and rescheduling policy displayed when you book, or contained in your coaching agreement, applies to your booking subject to your statutory rights. Please review those terms before payment.
6. Digital products
Digital downloads are also governed by our Digital Product Terms. Where immediate supply affects a statutory cancellation right, the required information, express request/consent and acknowledgement should be obtained during checkout.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original website copy, articles, worksheets, graphics, coaching materials, One Page resources and other original content are owned by or licensed to Let's Talk About It / Aurora H. Kollner. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded, adapted for commercial use or presented as another person's work without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, scrape content unlawfully or use our materials in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other rights.
9. Third-party links and services
We may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, security or privacy practices.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying solely on general website or self-coaching content, or for events outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. The current version and revision date will appear on this page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
